How can I help you?
I work with teenagers, young adults, couples, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional stress, or personal growth. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client.
My Philosophy on Mental Health
I believe mental health is deeply connected to understanding ourselves, our experiences, and the relationships we build with others. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times, but they do not define who we are. With compassion, curiosity, and the right support, meaningful growth and healing are possible. My approach focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop a healthier relationship with their emotions, empowering them to navigate life with greater balance, resilience, and self-compassion.
How Do I Practice Self-Compassion?
I practice self-compassion by reminding myself that progress doesn’t have to be perfect. I give myself permission to slow down, set healthy boundaries, and recharge. Whether that means taking a moment to breathe, traveling somewhere new, or enjoying good food and meaningful connections.
Fun Facts About Me:
When I’m not in the therapy room, I love traveling and trying new foods, and I enjoy learning about different cultures along the way.
